Dr. Tony Katakis

Since opening St. Louis Sports Clinic, Dr. Tony Katakis has worked with a multitude of Olympic athletes as well as professionals from the NFL, NHL, MLB, and AHL as well as Division 1 and high school athletes of multiple sports. While at Siena Heights University in Adrian, Michigan, Tony played football and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. For grad school, he attended Logan University where he received his Master’s Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation and Doctor of Chiropractic. Tony brings years of personal experience and expertise from the strength and performance field in order to deliver the most comprehensive manual and movement-based care.

Dr. Wyatt Mohrmann

Dr. Wyatt graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. While at Lindenwood he played football and worked as a strength and conditioning coach for various sports. 

He then went on to Logan University where he obtained his Doctorate in Chiropractic. 

Health and fitness are a big influence in Dr. Wyatt’s life. He enjoys getting outside to exercise, is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. In his free time he enjoys hiking and camping with his wife Mackenzie and their dog Harpo. 

He looks forward to educating, and encouraging patients to take an active role in their healthcare through chiropractic and rehabilitation exercises

Dr. Nicholas Patullo

While at Worcester State University, Nick captained his NCAA ice hockey team and earned a Bachelors of Science in Biology as well as a minor in Psychology. For grad school he attended Logan University where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic. During his time at Logan, Nick as began competitive CrossFit where he competed at The CrossFit Games Semifinals in 2022 and 2023. He is also a Level 2 CrossFit coach and coaches at CrossFit Wildwood.

Dr. Jared Littlefield

Dr. Littlefield played baseball at the collegiate level at Meramec Community College and Truman State University. While at Truman State, he passed his certification exam to become a certified Exercise Physiologist. After receiving his B.S. in Exercise Science from Truman State, Dr. Littlefield attended and graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic. During school Dr. Littlefield obtained his CSCS certification and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for three years, helping train and rehabilitate athletes from the middle and high school levels all the way up to the college and professional levels.

Dr. Lydia Steika

Dr. Lydia works with active individuals, young athletes, and perinatal women who want to move well, stay strong, and keep doing the activities they love.

With a background in dance and cheerleading, she understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of an active lifestyle and continues to prioritize movement in her own life.
Patients working with Lydia can expect a thorough movement evaluation, evidence-based care, and individualized programming tailored to their goals — whether that’s returning to sport, training through pregnancy, or building long-term resilience.

Her approach emphasizes education, intentional movement, and empowering patients to understand their bodies so they can feel confident both inside and outside the clinic.

Dr. Isaac Wersland

Dr. Isaac grew up in Washington state and graduated from both Spokane Falls Community College and Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he played varsity baseball, earning All-American honors. He earned his bachelor’s in Exercise Science with a specialty in strength and conditioning. And has worked professionally with numerous youth, high school, college, and pro athletes.

Dr. Isaac has a passion for continuing education and community events, as well as serving the military and first responder community. His passion is helping patients learn how to move better and achieve their goals through evidence-based care and a comprehensive approach using exercise and rehab.

Outside the office, Dr. Isaac enjoys working out, going on backpacking adventures, flyfishing, hunting, and finding the best coffee shops in St. Louis!

Dr. Tim Sullivan

Dr. Tim Sullivan graduated from Brock University in Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, followed by a Master of Science.

While at Brock, he played varsity rugby and served in a strength and conditioning role for the university’s rowing team, where he developed a strong foundation in performance training and biomechanics.

He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University, where he combined his academic background with a hands-on approach to musculoskeletal care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Sullivan enjoys golfing, hiking, and is on a mission to explore as many U.S. national parks as possible. He also trains youth athletes one-on-one in speed and agility, and loves diving into St. Louis’s food scene, always on the lookout for new restaurants to enjoy and relax.

Dr. Sullivan’s approach to patient care is evidence-informed, with a strong focus on education and collaboration. He ensures that every patient understands the “why” behind their care plan, blending treatment with empowerment to help people take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.

Dr. Quartus Steika

Dr. Quartus Steika works with active adults, young professionals, and high school and college athletes who want to move better, train confidently, and build long-term resilience. His approach is rooted in movement-based rehabilitation, emphasizing intentional exercise selection, appropriate loading, and progressive strategies that carry over into the gym and everyday life.
Patients working with Dr. Steika can expect a thorough movement assessment, individualized rehab, gym integration, and clear education throughout the process. He utilizes principles from Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), Prescript movement systems, and modern sports-rehab frameworks to address the root cause of pain and performance limitations—not just symptoms.
Originally from upstate New York, Dr. Steika played college basketball and remains passionate about training, travel, and staying active.

Dr. Hayden Holt

Dr. Hayden Holt was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri, where he developed a passion for athletics, movement, and helping others live active, healthy lives. He attended Truman State University, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. His background in sports and fitness helped shape his understanding of the physical demands placed on the body and the importance of proper recovery, performance, and long-term health.Dr. Holt continued his education at Cleveland University-Kansas City, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. During chiropractic school, he completed a nine-month clerkship at the Veterans Hospital, an experience that strengthened his passion for serving military veterans and giving back to those who have served our country.Dr. Holt is passionate about helping people get out of pain and return to doing what they love. He especially enjoys working with young adults, blue collar workers, athletes, and active individuals who want to move better, feel stronger, and stay active long term. His treatment approach combines hands on care with movement based rehabilitation and strength focused recovery strategies tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.Outside of the clinic, Dr. Holt enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether it’s hiking new trails, playing sports, exploring parks, or traveling to experience new places around the world with his wife. He is also always looking to try new restaurant recommendations and enjoys trying new local spots whenever he can.

Ashley Cathers

Head of Operations

Ashley Cathers serves as the Head of Operations at St. Louis Sports Clinic. She oversees clinic systems, team development, and patient flow to ensure every visit runs smoothly and every patient feels supported.

With a background in strength and conditioning, personal training, and group fitness — including athletic performance roles at the University of Missouri and Southeast Missouri State University — Ashley brings a strong foundation in movement, performance, and human health to her leadership role. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Management with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology.

Since joining the St. Louis Sports Clinic team in May 2022, Ashley has focused on optimizing operational processes, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting the delivery of personalized, high-quality care. She works closely with providers and staff to create efficient systems that allow both patients and clinicians to thrive.

Ashley is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional service, and helping STLSC continue to grow as a leader in sports chiropractic and performance-based care.

Dr. Jessica Billham

After earning a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, Dr Jessica Billham completed a three-year Diagnostic Imaging Residency at Logan University where she developed a high level of skill in interpreting x-ray, MRI, CT, and ultrasound. Jessica also completed a fourth year Fellowship in Advanced Diagnostic Imaging with emphasis in musculoskeletal ultrasound. As a CrossFit coach and athlete for 10 years, Jessica bridges years of
personal experience and knowledge of athletic populations with her skill as a musculoskeletal chiropractic radiologist to provide the most relevant imaging interpretation to St Louis Sports Clinic patients.
