What Is Golfer's Elbow?

Golfer’s elbow is a condition caused by overuse of the forearm muscles that attach to the inside of the elbow, leading to pain, tenderness, and weakness.

Why Is It Happening?

It results from poor movement mechanics, repetitive gripping, and excessive strain on the wrist and elbow, leading to microtears in the tendons and inflammation.
